Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

Request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Unopened & Sealed
Product must be completely unopened with original seals intact.
Proof of Purchase
Must include order number or invoice.
Food Safety Note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened honey jars cannot be returned or refunded unless the product was received damaged.
How to Initiate a Refund
Contact Support
Email [email protected] with your Order ID and photos of the product (if damaged).
Approval & Return
We will review your request within 24 hours. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be initiated to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs on Returns
Defective/Damaged Items
If the return is due to our error (broken bottle, wrong item), True Natural covers all shipping costs. We will arrange a free reverse pickup.
Customer Preference
If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed minus shipping fees.
